At Aven, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed, as each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care.
In the rare event that you receive an item with a verified defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review your concern and guide you through the next steps. Any return shipping and customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it thoroughly. A refund or replacement will be offered only at our discretion in cases where a genuine defect is confirmed.
