For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

At Aven, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.

We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

In the rare event of receiving a defective or incorrect product:
