Delivery Charges

Delivery charges for domestic orders are ₹200 .

For international orders, a flat rate of ₹3000 will be applied. 

Duties and taxes are not included in our product prices. Any applicable customs duties or taxes are payable by the customer directly to the courier company upon delivery.

At  Aven, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed, as each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care. Therefore, we encourage to do the following before placing your order:

• Check the size chart of garment measurements to help determine the right size for you. Please check the size chart for each outfit before selecting the size as it may vary from outfit to outfit.

However, slight variations may occur due to factors such as the characteristics of fabric dyes, weather conditions during dyeing, and differences in display settings, lighting, digital photography, and monitor capabilities. Please note that variations in fabric patterns, laces, patchwork, and handcrafted details may also be present when compared to the original sample.
